Exactly how points add up — and how to maximize them.
Every match is worth points based on the length of the words involved — longer words are worth more, so don't shy away from them.
When a match causes words to fall and trigger another match without any input from you, that's a cascade. Each match in a cascade chain earns a +1 bonus on top of its match value. Setting up chain reactions — especially in Push Mode — is the fastest way to rack up points and trigger a foundation clear.
Emptying the entire tower in one go awards a +100 bonus and resets the board — the single biggest swing available in a run.
Clearing every pair in a session without topping out ends the run as a Master of Tower finish. Your final score is locked in and the result is recorded as a completed tower rather than a game over.
Favor longer words, build cascades instead of clearing matches one at a time, use Push Mode to engineer chain reactions, and aim for foundation clears for the big +100 swings.
Scores are only meaningfully comparable within the same language pair, difficulty, and word set — a Hard / extended-pack run is a very different challenge from an Easy / basic one. The leaderboard lets you filter by those dimensions. Scoring rules are versioned, so a change to point values won't make old and new scores incomparable within a version.
