By downloading or using any LinguoGames Studio application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LinguoTower and any other applications published by LinguoGames Studio LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in our apps — including but not limited to game design, software code, graphics, word databases, language packs, sounds, and text — is owned by LinguoGames Studio LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our apps or their content without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our apps
• Use automated tools to interact with our apps or servers
• Attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute our word databases or language packs outside the app

5. Language Pack Downloads

Language packs are provided free of charge for personal use within our apps. Language pack data may not be extracted, redistributed, or used outside of LinguoGames Studio applications without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of translations in our word databases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinguoGames Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps.

8. App Store Terms

Our apps are distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of our apps is also subject to the applicable terms of those platforms. In the event of conflict, the app store terms govern with respect to that platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
